Thomas Wooden Railway Sale!

Fancy Nancy Tea Party Event!

Our Easter Egg Hunt had a very successful turnout! Thank you to all who attended! You can check out www.sanduskyregister.com for photos. We have a Fancy Nancy Tea Party Event coming up soon that we are very excited about! This extravagant party will be held in the Ballroom at Plum Brook Country Club in Sandusky from 1:00p.m to 2:30p.m. The cost is $15.95 for children and $6.95 for adults. (Cost for children includes tea, treats & a Fancy Nancy accessory for your little one!) There will be a fashion show, storytime with Fancy Nancy, and lessons on drinking tea and being proper. Please bring your camera if you wish to take pictures and also remember to dress FANCY! Tickets are on sale now and may be purchased at Full of the Dickens or the Plum Brook Country Club office. Easter Egg Hunt!

Hello there! We just wanted to let you all know that Full of the Dickens will be hosting an Easter Egg Hunt for all of your little ones on Saturday, March 22, 2008. The Bunny will be at our store at 11:30a.m. for pictures. (Make sure to bring your own camera!) The egg hunt will then begin at 12p.m. There will be 3 golden eggs, each with a ticket inside (one for each age
group.) The 3 winners will win a prize from Full of the Dickens! Cash donations will be accepted and all proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life Team. We, along with the Easter Bunny hope to see all of you here!

We have a lot of great items for Easter gifts such as:

Hello there! We hope all you parents out there are having a wonderful week and we hope all you little ones are enjoying your day off of school on this snowday! We just have a few quick things to mention this week. If you didn't know, we are currently having a sale of 50% off select items until tomorrow, February 23rd. Open House / VIP Sale!

Hello there! We hope all of you are having a spectacular week! We just wanted to let you know about a couple of things. On Thursday, February 21st, we will be having an Open House / VIP Sale from 5pm to 7pm. The sale consists of 50% off select merchandise. We will provide refreshments along with snacks for all of our guests. Come check out our newly remodeled store and enjoy a night of fun! The sale will continue during regular store hours on Friday and Saturday too! (February 22nd and 23rd) Also, as you know, Valentine's Day is coming up! As some of you know, we have recently remodeled our store to make it a more efficient place for you and your little ones to shop, so come check out our new look! It's a little bit smaller, but we still have most of the things you love! Currently, we are still having a sale on a large selection of books. All paperbacks are 40% off and marked books are 35% off. What a deal! It's been a little crazy around here with the construction going on, but now that that's over, we will be placing orders on some new items soon! This week we got in a few Melissa and Doug puzzles that are really cool! Hello there! We just wanted to stop by to give all of you a weekly update. Just a reminder, there is an American Girl Club meeting tomorrow, Saturday, January 12th from 1p.m.-2p.m. Also, don't forget that we will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday this upcoming week for construction purposes. New Thomas Toys!

Hello there! Just wanted to take a little bit of time to update all of the Thomas the Train lovers about our new products. We recently received a shipment of new trains including the Sodor Chicken Cars, Billy, Hector and Sir Handel. Should you need any of these to add to your collection, stop in and see us! We also wanted to let everyone know that we will be downsizing the store starting January 14th. It will be a little bit smaller, but will still have an assortment of wonderful products! We will be focusing more on the age group of 0-24 months. Perfect gift ideas for baby showers and first birthdays! Just to note, we will be closed on Tuesday January 15th and Wednesday January 16th for construction. We apologize for this inconvenience! To make up for our crazy schedule, we would like to offer all of our customers 30% off of all toys and clothing one day only on Friday, January 11th from 10AM - 5PM!

Hello from Full of the Dickens! We hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season, and we hope everyone has a spectacular new year! We just wanted to let you all know about some things that are going on in the store. We decided to start blogging to keep all of our current and new customers up to date with the fun that is happening. Please feel free to send us an e-mail at sales@fullofthedickens.com if you have any comments, questions, stories, pictures, etc. that you would like included on our Dickens Diary.

Currently we are having a pretty big sale! We are offering 25% off an assortment of toys, 25%-40% most books, and 25%-50% off children’s clothing. What a deal! Some of the great discounted toys include Groovy Girls Bedroom Bonanza, Feel Better Frog, and Melissa and Doug items. Some of the neat clothing items we have on sale include Robeez, Pedipeds, and Bunnies by the Bay items. Infant clothes and baby shoes make fabulous baby shower gifts because they are unique specialty products.
